Rhyme and Shine

Tomorrow is the big day! If you are in San Diego and available Thursday, December 12, 2-3pm, please join me!

Kids age 5 and up are invited to a special Art & Yoga event! I will read aloud from my new book, “Rhyme and Shine: Yoga Sun Salutation for Kids,” and lead a 30-minute yoga class designed especially for kids. Then Juliana Flores of Pachis, an art studio for kids will guide participants in a fun art project related to the subject.
